The terms governing use of manikinsights.com and engagement of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and server-side tracking services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of manikinsights.com (the "Site") and any advertising, analytics, or tracking services engaged with Manik Insights ("I", "me", or "my"). By using the Site, requesting a consultation, or engaging any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or engage the services described on it.
Services offered include, but are not limited to, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, Google Analytics 4 setup and reporting, Google Tag Manager configuration, and server-side tracking implementation. The exact scope of any engagement — including deliverables, timeline, and any applicable fee — is agreed upon directly between the client and Manik Insights before work begins, typically following a consultation or audit.
To deliver services effectively, clients are expected to:
Delays in providing access or information may affect project timelines.
Fees for any paid engagement — such as ongoing account management or a project-based tracking build — are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Ad spend itself is never handled by Manik Insights; it is paid directly by the client to the relevant platform (Google, Meta, etc.) through their own account.
Free services — including the initial consultation and tracking audit — carry no cost or hidden obligation.
Where a service requires access to a client's Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, or other platform account, that access is requested as a user or partner on the client's existing account. Ownership of the account always remains with the client — accounts are never created or held under Manik Insights' name.
Access granted for an audit or engagement can be revoked by the client at any time. Doing so before a project is complete may limit the ability to deliver the agreed service.
Advertising and tracking performance depend on many factors outside anyone's direct control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, competitor activity, and a client's own website or offer. While services are delivered with care and based on established best practices, no specific outcome — such as a particular ROAS, conversion rate, or ranking — is guaranteed.
All work is carried out in accordance with the advertising and content policies of the platforms involved, including Google's and Meta's respective advertising policies. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own website, products, and offers comply with these third-party policies. Manik Insights is not responsible for account suspensions or disapprovals resulting from a client's non-compliant business, product, or website.
Content on the Site — including guides, checklists, and written material under the Resources section — is the property of Manik Insights and may not be reproduced or redistributed for commercial purposes without permission. Deliverables created specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement (such as campaign structures, tracking configurations, or reports) belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Business and account information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy, or as required by law. This includes account performance data, business strategy details, and any other non-public information shared in the course of the work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manik Insights is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the services provided, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or account suspension by a third-party platform. Liability for any direct damages arising from a paid engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice, as agreed at the outset of the project. Upon termination, any granted account access will be relinquished, and outstanding fees for work already completed remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will first be addressed through direct, good-faith discussion between the parties.
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or ongoing services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
