Project overview

Building purchase-focused Meta Ads for a growing streetwear brand

The objective was to use Facebook and Instagram Ads as a measurable sales channel while keeping campaign performance clear enough for practical day-to-day optimisation.

Teeology is a Bangladesh-based e-commerce clothing brand focused on streetwear and dropshoulder apparel. My work centred on Meta Ads campaign management for website purchases, with campaigns structured around product demand, audience response and actual sales performance.

The account included multiple purchase campaigns running across different periods and budget levels. That made campaign comparison important: purchase volume, cost per purchase, spend, reach and impressions needed to be reviewed together rather than judging performance from one ad or a single short campaign window.

The optimisation process focused on identifying stronger campaigns, maintaining efficient acquisition costs and using real website-purchase data in Ads Manager to guide practical budget and campaign decisions.

What the account needed

  • Purchase-focused Meta Ads for an e-commerce clothing brand.
  • Regular comparison of cost per purchase across multiple campaigns.
  • Audience and product-led creative testing.
  • Budget decisions based on real website purchase performance.
  • A repeatable process for ongoing campaign optimisation.
My approach

How I managed the Teeology Meta Ads campaigns

The work focused on purchase intent, product testing, campaign comparison and ongoing optimisation across multiple sales campaigns.

01 / Strategy

Sales-Focused Structure

Campaigns were organised around website purchases, product demand and practical budget levels.

02 / Testing

Audience & Product Testing

03 / Analysis

Cost-per-Purchase Review

Purchase volume, spend and cost per result were reviewed together to understand campaign efficiency.

04 / Optimisation

Budget & Performance Decisions

Campaign data guided adjustments instead of relying on clicks or impressions alone.

What I optimised

The account signals used to guide campaign decisions

Teeology’s campaign performance was evaluated across sales, efficiency, product response and audience performance rather than one metric in isolation.

Product

Product-Led Campaign Decisions

Different apparel products and campaign periods were reviewed to identify stronger purchase response.

Audience

Audience Testing

Audience choices were evaluated against actual purchase performance instead of engagement alone.

Efficiency

Cost per Purchase

Cost per result was compared alongside purchase volume and spend to understand campaign efficiency.

Budget

Spend Allocation

Budget decisions were informed by performance differences between campaigns and changing product demand.

Measurement

Website Purchase Results

Website purchases in Ads Manager were used as the primary performance signal for e-commerce optimisation.

Review

Ongoing Performance Analysis

Purchases, cost, reach, impressions and spend were reviewed together before adjustments were made.

Evidence

Key takeaways

What this Teeology Meta Ads case study demonstrates

The account shows how ongoing campaign review can turn paid-social data into clearer e-commerce decisions.

  • Website purchases are a stronger decision signal than traffic or engagement alone for an e-commerce sales campaign.
  • Cost per purchase can vary between campaign periods, which makes ongoing comparison important.
  • Product-led creative and audience testing should be reviewed against actual purchase performance.
  • Budget decisions are more useful when purchase volume, spend and acquisition cost are considered together.
  • Multiple campaigns provide stronger context than presenting one isolated result as the entire account performance.
  • Consistent optimisation helps maintain a clearer view of what is driving sales efficiently.
